Ayalum Njanum Thammil , Between Him and Me,  follows the life of Dr Ravi Tharakan, from his mid twenties in the medical school to his late thirties as a seasoned surgeon. Through relationships—with his best friend, lover, colleagues, patients, and mentor, Dr. Samuel—Ravi discovers the true essence of healing.
